Curry Powder

Ingredients:

Chann dhal : 1 cup
Urad dhal : 1 cup
Curry leaves : 1 - 2 cups (depending on the taste)


Method: 

Fry the above ingredients without oil seperately.
Let them cool.
Grind to make fine powder.

This curry powder goes well with any curry, mostly fries.
Just add a spoon ful to the curry at the end, and you can see the difference in the taste.
