Snack Mixture

Ingredients:

Corn flakes cereal: 1 box (18 oz)
Rice Crips cereal: 1/2 box (9 oz)
Fried channa dhal: 1 cup (8oz)

For Seasoning:

Mustard seeds: 1 tbsp (Avalu)
Cumin seeds: 1 tbsp
channa dhal: 2 tbsps
Urad dhal: 2 tbsps
Curry leaves: 10 leaves
Red chillies: 4
Oil: 5 tbsp
Red chillie pwd: 1 tbsp
Salt: to taste
Cumin pwd: 1 tbsp
Garlic crushed: 3 cloves

Method:

Take a frying pan and add heat oil in it.
Now add the seasoning ingredients one by one and fry until the dhals are golden brown.
Remove from heat and add the rice crisp cereal to it and mix well.
Now take the container you want to store the mixture and dump the whole box of corn flakes in the container.
Now add the fried channa dhal and mix well.
Finally add the rice crisps mixed with seasoning the the corn flakes and mix well.
Store in air tight container.

Very tasty snack to eat it as a snack at tea time.

My kids lot this a lot.
